1.             Executive Chef

• Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management or other equivalent qualification.
• Must have at least 5 years experience in an international chain hotel or in a similar position.
• Creative, resourceful & highly energetic individual with excellent presentation & communication skills.
• Effective leadership skills, customer focus & ambition to succeed are desirable traits.

2.             Assistant Restaurant & Bars Manager

• Possess a Diploma/Certificate in Food & Beverage from Hotel & Catering School.
• Able to lead, motivate and guide the F&B team in providing a high service standard.
• Able to plan, conduct & implement effective skill training.

3.             Guest Services Assistant

• Minimum SPM and experience in cashering/reception/switchboard is an advantage.
• Friendly, enjoy meeting & talking to guest, willing & able to work on shift.

4.             F&B Supervisor

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as Captain in F&B department is an advantage.
• Has leadership skill and able to work independently under pressure.

5.             Waitress / Waiter              

6.             Cook
                Position 5 - 6

• Completed secondary school, preferably SPM & able to communicate well in English, friendly & enjoy meeting people.
